Before sending your videos, please print, read and sign the Release Form (PDF). Include the release form with your video and send both to the address below.
We will accept DVD, Mini DV, SVHS, VHS, DVCam, DVCPro, Betacam and 3/4" formats. Your videos/media will not be returned.
